Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Your booking is confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid before or at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date and receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date are non-refundable, and the deposit will be forfeited.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.
Approved refunds will be processed within 8–10 working days to the original payment method.
Date Changes
Date changes are subject to availability and management approval.
If approved, any difference in room rates for the new dates must be paid by the guest if the new rate is higher.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: From 12:30 PM
Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is as specified for each villa.
Guests aged 9 years and above are considered adults.
Children under 9 years stay free when sharing existing bedding.
Extra beds are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Breakfast
Complimentary breakfast is included with every stay.
Pets
Pets are not permitted.
Property Rules
Please respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Force Majeure
La Calma Villas shall not be liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, extreme weather, power failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Privacy
Your personal information will be used only for managing your reservation and as required by law. We will not share your information with third parties except where required by law.
Liability
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay. La Calma Villas is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Acceptance
By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Refund Processing & Currency Exchange
Where a guest is eligible for a refund under our cancellation policy, the refund will be made to the original payment method. Any currency conversion charges, exchange rate differences, bank fees, payment gateway fees, or other transaction costs incurred during the original payment or refund process will be deducted from the refundable amount. As a result, the amount refunded may be lower than the amount originally paid. La Calma Villas is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or fees charged by banks or payment providers.
